Grocery Coupon Train

I mailed out coupons today. I having been walking to the post office and I joined Weight Watchers last week and I lost 6.6 pounds.

Congratulations Kellie!!! who new the coupon train could not only SAVE you MONEY, but also help in WEIGHTLOSS!!

I was born and raised in Englan came to the States in 1971!! I haven'tbeen back in along time since my parents dies .I still have a sister and nieces and nephews and friends over there . When I retire I willmake one last trip for a few weeks. This is home now and has been for many years !!

Wow! My mom is English, plus I'm an Air Force brat and lived in England for 7 years on 2 different tours. Let's just say that England has the BEST candy EVER! No one, and I mean no one makes candy like them. Everytime my cousins come over to visit they always bring a suitcase full of stuff for me and my mom, candy for me and HP Sauce for her!!! There is a British Shop in Vegas that sells a lot of the goodies so my mom can get stuff whenever, but there is nothing here. I wish I could buy more stuff online. One year I paid about $40 for a small tin of Quality Street, and said never again. My fav's are Penguins (love them), Crunchies (which I can buy here at Cost Plus), Fry's (mint)...gosh so much...can you tell I LOVE their candy!!!

When I was little and living in England, my favorite cereal was Weetabix. Well, thanks to Trader Joes we can buy it here in the States!! My kids love it! They have been eating it since they were babies, and still eat it all the time. We don't have a Trader Joes here either, but I can buy it here for $6.80 a box (ridiculous). So when I was in Vegas in August I went to Trader Joes and stocked up on Weetabix, where it is only $2.79 a box! Everyone goes to Vegas to party, I went to go to Trader Joes and the British store!!!!

It's so funny because when I met my husband he didn't know much about foods period because his mom never cooked at all. Then he meets my family where my mom always cooked, but he is also introduced to different foods. Let's just say that him & the kids love it when we have bangers & mash (which I make often because it's super easy and they all eat it), he loves yorkshire pudding when we have Sunday dinners, but he still looks at me weird when I make beans on toast for lunch! I hope others are not reading the thread because they will think I have done lost my mind!
It's just fun to talk to someone that knows what the heck I'm yapping about!!

Oh Yea Corrina !! I LOVE Pear Drops and you cannot get them over here!! I did get some from a gal on another thread in trade for TFW lanyards and they didn't last long !!I too love Weetabix, and Marmite which my family calls TARmite !! They love yorkshires and shepherds pie and some like Trifle !! I also make sausage rolls !! How about pork pies and Branstan pickles !! Oh Lord they are going to think we're loosing it !!
Where in England were you stationed ? I wlived very near both Mildenhall and Lakenheath!!

I have a lot of: campbells soups, over the counter meds, playtex tampons, and teeth whitening kits. I also have the science diet natures best coupons. Three of the $5.00 and three of the $10.00. I looked on the wish list but have no one's addresses. So, please PM me if you are interested in something!

I would love to trade if possible. Things I am always looking for: Eggos, gerber graduates, motts applesauce, Juicy Juice, $5.00 off febreze plug ins, and IAMS dog food.
