I am 38 and soooo looking forward to my 40's.....think of 50's as being your little black dress wear it and wear it well, girl!

I just wanted to say a great big thank you for all of you who sent me a birthday envie. I think I have pm'd everyone that did. If I did forget someone, just consider it my age. (49 this year).

We are so fortunate to have such a great group of riders and one great iron fisted conducter who keeps us all straight.

I finally sat down yesterday and set up my coupon binder. I realize now that I should have done that years ago. Now I can see what I have without digging. If any serious couponers have not done this, you need to check into it. I will not let good coupons expire now because they won't be hidden away. The cost to set the binder up was a lot less than the cost of the couponizer and it works much better. I got the baseball card holders from ebay. (cheaper than anywhere else) The binder was one that was being tossed at work.

Thanks to this train, I have a great selection of coupons now.

Oh no, I was just whining about there being no coupons in the newspaper..haha. I loved the ones you sent, I used about 3-4 last night when I picked up a couple groceries after work.

I am probably mailing out one (which won't be as big as last week) I'm sick again (stupid respiratory thing) but my DH is going out to the post office and I'm sending it with him.

This is totally off topic, but I am so excited and had to come share with my favorite people on the DIS!! I made my reservations for CRT today (was waiting on our tax return to pay for it)!!! I was afraid that we would be unable to get a reservation since our vacation is only 3 mnths away, but I actually got a reservation for the meal I wanted (breakfast) and for the day I wanted!!! The time(10:35) is perfect for my family also!!!!! I really thought it would be a long shot to even get a reservation for CRT this close to our date, but to also get the day we wanted is amazing!!!! Can you tell I am excited? I have three girls (okay one of them is a grown up now, but still) so this was a MUST do on our list and I am so happy that they are going to get to have the experience!!

Wanted to thank you guys also. Was able to get some good deals at the store today b/c of my coupons. Got some great deals on Green giant frozen veggies. And my big one was there were boxes of 20 count valentine fruit snacks and fruit rolls on clearance for $2 and I got 6 boxes of 20 count for a total of $8. Not a bad deal when the store brand boxes of 6 count are on sale for $1.

Me too! I need some girl scout cookies!! When I lived in Vegas I always remember Feb. being the time when I saw them selling or coming door to door. Up here, we don't get them until sometime into March. I'm ready and waiting for them. My favs are the thin mints and the shortbreads! Yummy!

I too thought that when I first read her original post about not getting coupons this week. Then I looked to see who her sender was, and realized that she must be talking about no coupons in the paper!! She has a GREAT sender, so no worries there.
