Has anyone walked over to the Speedway by Disney Springs, is pop and chips a lot cheaper than the resort or is there any place better/closer we will not have a car.

I've not used that one but I have walked over to the one near BW mostly because we had lots four kids who were going through milk, and the store didn't sell gallons. I would assume the prices are similar to the one by DS. Prices were a little less, but it's still a mini mart, so don't expect any specials like you would find at regular grocery store.

Maybe consider ubering to a grocery store?

Publix Instacart - we tell most of our friends to use this service... you can even get subs brought with your groceries... which is nice for pool side... one friend and their family order rotisserie chickens, and sides and eat if pool side on arrival day, plus drinks, and snacks for the 10 days that they are here...
