Groceries

We are in the planning stages of doing 10days at the world. Looking to do a swap for friges and coffee maker if I can,that I see people do. Now to just fill the sucker. Mostly just looking for bagels, cream cheese, Milk, soda, (ALCOHOL LOL) cereal and snacks. Stuff to just get us going in the am, as were not big breakfast people and a few things to take to the parks for the kids.

We have DDP but the kids are the ones that always eat us out of house and home LOL

Where do people go for groceries? Or any delivery servies people recomend?
Oh also we wont have a car not getting one this time, so what would be somewhere we can grab a cab to get food if need be?????

We are the same as you! Kids on ddp but who eat 24 hours! We are ordering water, soda, snack bars, nachos, milk, cereal, gatorade, beer, wine, fruit, baked goods (did not see bagels but you can request it and see). We are getting gardengrocer.com (or you can also check out wegoshop.com) who deliver for a few dollars. They will "as a curtesy" pick up beer or wine but it is not on their list. Just add it when you fill out "additonal comments".
If you order liquor you may have to be in the room to receive it (age ID proof). This is to stop underagers from ordering in. Do ask.
You need to order maybe 1 to 3 weeks ahead (try to not change your order) as they can only do so many a day.
They will give you a delivery time frame of 2 hours and call you half an hour before. If you do not have liquor they can deliver to bellhop (tell them if you need refrigeration) ahead of time and you can go to parks. Just make it VERY clear when, phone number, etc. I intend to be in room as it is early morning by 10 am usually.

Which resport will you be staying at? All WDW resorts but the values include a fridge. If you're at a value resort and haven't been able to arrange a swap, you can rent a fridge from the resort.
