We are staying at Poly. For the vets on here, what are our options for grocery delivery? And what are the charges associated with those options? Finally, how early do we need to make our order? Many thanks!

We always use Garden Grocer. The delivery fee is $14 and the minimum purchase is $40. We like this service because you do not have to be in the room when they deliver. Bell Services will store the groceries. Check out their website GardenGrocer.com.

I second the Garden Grocer! We absolutely love this service. So easy, convenient , and reliable. We've never had any sort of problem using them.

+1 on Garden Grocer. Used them in 2011 and it was great and will use them again this November. A little pricey but it's worth it. Delivering those goods saved us a lot of money we would have spent on breakfast and other snacks and made packing much easier since we didn't have to pack the kids' food.

Another vote for Garden Grocer. Used them on trip that has us there now. Delivered to bell service on time and complete. No complaints and they even called us to let us know that our groceries were at our resort.

For those that use Garden Grocer, when do you order your groceries? Before you arrive on your trip? Or as soon as you get there? Thanks!

I like Garden Grocer too. You order the groceries ahead of time. You choose your groceries and a time slot on their website. Times do fill up, so try to do it a couple weeks in advance. They often have sales, too, and you can check back after you have placed your order to add anything you want. I got a FB notification that they have a promo code, but I'm not going this month so I didn't read it.

Oh wow! Couple weeks ahead of time? Glad I asked! LOL! So if say our flight is arriving at 1 pm the day we get there, do you usually pick a time like 2 pm or 3 pm or something for delivery? Thx :)

It doesn't really matter what time you pick...they will deliver them to Bell Services, who will store them for you until you call for them to be brought to your room!

I usually try to order 3 weeks ahead from GG to check it off on the to do list. Sometimes as a busy weekend approaches they no longer accept orders for that weekend if they are full. And on the timing, I've asked for a 4 pm delivery before and had a call from them at 10 am in the Philadelphia airport saying the order had been delivered. They have been 100% accurate and fresh for 3 out of 3 orders for us.
