Gringotts Wheelchair Access

We will have a member of our party in a wheelchair who cannot transfer and is fine on not going on the Gringotts ride however he was wondering if could experience the queue all the way to the ride itself like Forbidden Journey?

We did this with my mom in September. We left her in the child swap room which is right outside of the ride loading platform.

We did the same thing with my wife. It was nice because she went thorough the line which is definitely worthwhile

Thanks so much! I was wondering the same thing. Does anyone know if this is true for the Forbidden Journey? I thought I saw somewhere that wheelchairs go around the cue because of stairs. I want to be able to experience touring the castle.

Every queue at Universal is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs can go through both Gringotts and Hogwarts. There are elevators available where there are stairs.
