The only time you can meet the talking Grinch is during the holidays season. He is a fun meet. There is a non-talking Grinch I have met at other times, not sure if it is year-round.

Non-talking fur character Grinch is year round, he’s in the short story shows that happen daily near Circus McGurkus. Jim Carey-type face character talking Grinch is only during the official holiday period.
