I know we have to bring the charcoal. However, does the mouse come around and clean up the grill for you later? Or do you have to properly dispose of the coals and clean up the grill?

They clean it up for you. When they do the daily cleaning they wash out the ashes with a hose and clean the dirty dishes in the sink for you. I do bring a wire brush with me though to clean the grill before putting my food on it.
Just so we are clear, no one cleans you grill for you in the campsites. The grill will be clean when you arrive, but if you use it, it will not be cleaned again by the staff until you check out. The cabins get daily mousekeeping, which includes cleaning the grill, if needed.

Thats correct,,Bobby I. likes to keep the lowly camper in his place, we have to clean our own grills.
But thats okay,,I like to bag up my ashes and take it home with me,,I tell everyone it's Pixie Dust and sprinkle them with it.
