My husband is the pickiest adult I've ever met... literally lives on cheese pizza, mac & cheese, grilled cheeses, mozzarella sticks and a few other select items (no meat, no fruit, no veggies). He LOVED Plaza's grilled cheese and he also got a bunch made for him at the Hoop De Doo when we asked.

Hurricane hannans at beach club pool comes with a pail and shovel.
The value food courts have kids grilled cheese meals that are delicious and traditional.
Im a big cheese fan but i was disappointed in the cap cookes adult grilled cheese. There was not much to it and the bread was warmed but not buttery and toasted.
I did not care for the beaches and cream one either. Too gloppy. Overwhelming. And the tomato soup should have mentioned herbs. I like basil but mine was so strong with basil that i couldnt eat much.
The hurricane hannahs one was far better and only a few steps away.

Adult grilled cheese at captain cooks is the best grilled cheese (in my opinion). In all the resorts

I got a lobster grilled cheese at Fulton's Crab House at Down Town Disney. I don't have a picture. It was very good. Yum

Depends what you're looking for in you're grilled cheese. I'd recommend:
Adult grilled cheese at Capt. Cooks @ Poly. It's more yellow-cheese tasting but comes on a hearty sunflower bread so that may be a deterrent, as well as the tomato on it.
Beaches & Cream grilled cheese in my opinion topped Capt Cooks but has more of a garlic/white cheese taste and saltiness (which I liked). I'd have to be in the right mood for it though so I wouldn't always choose it over Poly's.
Also, in Epcot, over by Test Track there is a grilled cheese stand that's selling a few that are sposed to be good. The Gruyere/bacon/caramelized onion one and Apple/cheddar on cinnamon raisin bread ones look good to me!

I think I read recently about a grilled cheese food cart at Epcot. I think it was somewhere between Spaceship Earth and Test Track.
