We had an issue last summer with rodents getting into our grill after we used it. Needless to say I got rid of that grill.
It's very tough to find any type of grill thats airtight. An opening as small as a quarter will allow critters to get in. Has anyone else had this issue and what type of grill will keep them out? I may have to switch to charcoal. They seem more airtight. Although I love the taste on a charcoal grill I've used a gas grill for 20 years and have gotten quite good at it. I have a tough time regulating the heat on charcoal to roast for long periods.
Any help would be appreciated. The guy at home depot told me this is not an unusual problem. He's the one who said charcoal grills are more airtight. A nice charcoal grill is about $129.
