Hi I have some questions I am hoping someone can help with.

We will be having 4 nights in Disneyland at the start of June this year before going to Vegas for 3 nights straight after.

We have booked the Greyhound bus between Anaheim and Vegas that leaves at 07:15 on the Sat morn.

We are staying at the Grand Californian and I am wondering how far away the Greyhound station is from the Grand Californian.

We need to pick up our tickets at the station before getting on the bus so not sure what time we will need to leave disney in the morning and whether there will be any taxis outside at that time of morning or will we need to book one the night before? Our web ticket says to be at the station 1 hour before the departure time.

The cab ride should be about 5-10 minutes (if traffic isn't heavy).

I've not stayed in the Grand Californian, so I don't know if there's an area where cabs wait. There IS an area right at the main entrance of the Park where there are ALWAYS cabs available. Walking out to the street, it will be on the left side...you can't miss it!

Be aware that the Greyhound Depot for Anaheim isn't anything fancy...it's just a small waiting room with a ticket desk. Unlike the larger depots, there is no place to buy food except for from the vending machines, so you'll want to eat breakfast before you go to the depot.

Have fun on your trip!

The Bus Depot is about 10 minutes away. Not that far at all. I agree with the PP and say eat breakfast before you go. Or even make sure that you have something in your room as a quick grab and go breakfast. If your worried about catching a cab, I wouldnt be too worried. You can always go to your hotel lobby and they can call one for you. Also in most hotel rooms they have a phone book with all the local cab companies in it. You can always call them yourself.

The bus depot is located at Winston and Anaheim Blvd. It is about 2 blocks south of Ball Road. A taxi driver could go north to Ball then west to Disney Way. It is approximately 2 miles total each way.
