Just wanted to share:
Took Greyhound from Peterborough, ON to Toronto last weekend (older bus). Then Greyhound Toronto to BUF airport the same day (newer cleaner bus).
This morning took Megabus (double decker brand new bus) from BUF airport to Toronto and then Greyhound from Toronto to Peterborough.
No problems to report with either busline. Greyhound bus arrived almost 2 hours late to BUF though since it took over 1.5 hours to get over border plus other traffic.
And today Megabus was almost one hour late arriving in Toronto from BUF airport.
As long as you know that the bus may be late and plan accordingly, I would reccommend this mode of transportation to/from BUF for those you don't drive long distances.

to mega bus. I took the bus to Buffalo from Toronto. If you arent in a rush, and do some planning. This is the way to go. There is even free internet on the bus. Seats are comfy. Both ways crossing the border wasnt bad.
