Greenwood Suites Anaheim Resort?

Any thoughts on Greenwood Suites? I never really hear any talk about this hotel and it doesn't seem to get listed on many of the DLR area hotel lists. The rates seem reasonable enough given its relative proximity to the Parks.

We're still looking at options in that block (including La Quinta and Extended Stay America), so any input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
