So I've read all the benefits of Green Tea, and I'm totally on board with that... except that I cannot stand the taste of green tea, no matter how you prepare it, it tastes NASTY to me. :crazy2:

I found some Green Tea in pill form in the vitamins section of Target, and I'm wondering if they'd be as effective as the drink? Does anyone have any *real life* information as to whether or not they're worth trying.

Thanks in advance for any/all help! :thumbsup2

I do not care for it cold my grandma used to drink the cold stuff. EWW I have got a brand that is flavored with orange, Jasmine and passionfruit that I tolerated and learned to like when served hot with some honey to sweeten it.

Sounds like you have tried it all but don't be afraid to re try now and then. I didn't think I'd learn to like it but now I like it in cooler months or when sick.

I'm sure the pills will be effective too but like with anything as natural as possible is ideally best. I used to take a multivitamin that had greentea and it really helped with appetite. It was the One a day weight loss brand. The iron started making me sick though so I stopped taking it. I can only tolerate slow release iron which I take as needed or once a week or more when its that time of month.
