Hey everyone,

I have been juicing for about two months now and love the energy it gives me and the health benefits. I am going to WDW in August and am planning on partaking in all the wonderful food; however, I'm really afraid that I might feel horrible if I don't have my juice at least a few times while I'm there. Do you know if there are any places that sell green juices? If not, I'm contemplating bringing my juicer and having fresh produce delivered, but that would be a pain. Any thoughts?

This "juice" is green.....but I don't think that's what you're going for...:rotfl2:

Fresh, inside Dolphin, has fresh juice at breakfast.

What I do not know, however, is if you can order a fresh juice a la carte.

There are typically three choices at the buffet breakfast (one green, I think with wheatgrass & greens) served in very small glasses. My wife has to request one big glass; I just take three or four.

Even if you are having breakfast at Fresh, requesting a custom juice depends on who is working the machine that morning. We have experienced mixed results from rude to accommodating.

Also, if you happen to be staying at Swan & Dolphin, the Starwood chain to which they belong is notorious for accommodating healthy requests at all hours of the day.

In the end, I'd call to see if you can get juice a la carte at breakfast.

One other thought if you are driving - Whole Foods likely has fresh juices. I know it's not the same, but you can keep a few of those homogenized ones in your fridge.

You could also look for a high quality organic greens powder (like garden of life or sun warrior ) for vacation - try it at home and see what you think. It would be easier than juicing on vacation. You could even throw it in a bullet with some added kale or spinach if you don't mind the texture.

That's a good idea too. I have never tried greens powder before, I'll have to look that up. Thank you!

I tried a Suja for the first time yesterday at my local Whole Foods store. I was veru good, but crazy expensive for just one bottle, I think it was $4.99! Try buying a dozen of those!

I agree, it is very expensive but the convenience while on vacation may be worth it.

That's still probably still cheaper than you'll pay for green juices in/around Disney! ;)

I've been "juicing" since before it was called juicing ~20 years or more. I pack powdered supplements and have garden grocer deliver the produce. At Bonnet Creek, the villa included a nice blender. otherwise just pack a hand held one...they do just fine for vacation.
