Hello hope someone can help me.

We have always flown direct to Orlando before, but this year we may have to change at Newark. I assume i would fill my green card in and then go through customs at newark, but then what happens when I land in Orlando. Also what happens if you are staying at more than one address when in the USA? Do you have space to put 2 addresses.

Thanks for any help.

Yes you do Immigration and customs at Newark. When you get to Orlando you free to leave the airport with no more checks. Thats why we don't mind going indirect, Other airports are usually more efficient to clear immigration and then in Orlando the car rental desks are usually dead, not like when 2 Virgin planes arrive together.
You only put down the address for your 1st nights stay.

Cool thanks a lot Wayne. We are also doing the changeover at Easter when we go to Boston, it's halpful to know these things in advance.
