I so agree about last year. I only received 1/2 of my order and some of it after Christmas and I ordered 3 days before Thanksgiving. I never received my Kohl's bucks because they never fulfilled my order and it turned out to be chaos since I waited to see if they would ship my items and I had to shop last minute.
Never again. I am not falling for it this year.

I never received any apologies for the 6 things I received after Christmas and was stuck with gifts that I could not then give to ppl I bought for before Thanksgiving. Yikes.

I checked my account and it shows as being in fullfillment...However, still no email confirmation and no kohls cash emailed either. I've had this problem in the past with them..The last time I ordered the delivery ended up at my house before I ever received an email. In my experience they are usually a hot mess with online orders. Thankfully all the stuff I ordered was just for us so it doesn't make any difference if I get it in time for Christmas or not.

Their shipping really was a hot mess last year. Once Cyber Monday hit, they never dug themselves out. I ordered a pair of jeans that took 8 weeks to arrive. I love Kohl's and usually do at least 8 or nine online orders with them at Christmas but last year was out of hand. I really think they need to narrow down their fulfillment centers. I ordered four things last month and each came in it's own package. No one has a computer system good enough to keep up with that!

On the rebate form, it says you need the original receipt or packing slip. If I ordered online, I will only get the one packing slip. Can I submit all three rebates together?
