I had great and fun service from Nina today. We we both laughing and joking during the call. She was far, proficient, and friendly. I know folks dont always get good service so I wanted to share some good feedback!

If you haven't already, send an email to MS with your compliments. It will end up meaning a lot to the CM.
 
Yes, make sure to provide positive feedback. I normally have great interactions with member services and take it for granted. Today i had my worst interaction with a rep and provided negative feedback. Sometimes I complete the survey, but not always. Todays interaction made me realize that I need to provide feedback on every call.
 

I recently had a great call with MS.( I have not had many bad ones). I always do the survey but this time the survey did not come on. I e-mailed DVC telling them about the good call. I got an e-mail thanking me and telling me that Contessa would be told of my comments.
 
I did the survey yesterday with my call. I expected to wait for the CM to come on the line, but she was on immediately. I did have to wait about five minutes for the other CM to purchase the OTUP, but even that went quickly. Got my reservation with OTUPs and was off the phone (after the phone survey at the end of the call), in less than 18 minutes. Very quick call.
