My absolute favorite restaurant on Oahu is Dixie Grill in Aiea (near Pearl City, kinda by Pearl Ridge Mall). Reasonably priced, free seasoned popcorn, great sweet tea, wonderful BBQ, and screeeeeeeamin' mai tais!
And another vote for Duke's in Waikiki. They have a really great breakfast buffet with lots of fresh fruit, and their sandwiches are reasonably priced and delicious.
On the North Shore, I like going to Haleiwa Joe's. And on the windward side, you have the Hukilau Cafe (from 50 First Dates).
