I just called the WDW Swan to check on a date in June and in July. I had no problem booking a one night stay in both June and July. Since I live about 10.5 hours away from the World, we usually drive down to Lake City and then spend the night in a Hampton Inn. When we wake up the next day, it's only about an hour and change drive in to WDW. However, with $119 rooms at the Swan (I learned this while listening to the newest podcast yesterday), I cancelled my reservation at the Hampton Inn and booked on property. The room rate was the same! Just something to consider for those people who live within a day's driving distance and who usually stop in either Ocala or Lake City. I know my family is going to be excited to be staying on property the night before we officially check in! We've never stayed at the Swan or Dolphin before, so this will be something new to all of us! Thanks for the tip Podcast Crew!!! :wizard: It's truly the show that keeps on giving. $119 a night rooms at the Swan, a link to free chocolate. . . what more could you want. . . brownies? ;)
