I know this is a super open-ended question, but what are your MUST HAVE QS meals.

We are ditching the Table Service Dining plan for the first time and doing only QSDP for this trip. We usually get so stuffed from TS/buffet meals that we don't do many QS meals. However, I'm really excited to be able to have more diversity on a whim with QS dining, esp in Epcot. So shoot...what are your go-to dishes and where. i'm a pretty adventurous eater, so the more unique the better.

From previous trips, these are already on my list
Fish & Chips from UK
Dogs at Casey's
Pecos Bills—former PB CM so its a tradition for me
Sunshine Seasons—my daughter could eat the Mongolian Beef all day, every day

MK area- Geyser Point @ WL; Capt. Cook's at Poly

AK- Mr. Harambe's Market

Epcot- Sommerfest, Yorkshire County fish and chips, Katsuri Grill, the QS at France Pavilion looks good but have never eaten there.

HS- ABC Commissary, burgers with fresh lettuce and tomato slices at Rosie's, Caesar salad at Catalina Eddie's

Tangerine Cafe in Epcot's Morocco. The reason we've never eaten at the TS there is that we LOVE the QS, Tangerine Cafe. Our favorite meals are the vegetarian platter and the Lamb Shwarma.

You listed my favorite in Epcot, fish and chips, though DH went to the bar in R&C and ordered Blacksmiths. So good! I'll have to settle for Bass since we're trying free dining.
Lamb wrap at TC, don't care for the sides
Tuna sandwich at CHH, every single trip
The bowls at Satuli Canteen are outstanding QS
Edit after seeing NYCgrrl's post - Pork nachos at Capt. Cook's

Lamb shawarma platter at Tangierine Cafe, Morocco, EPCOT. A must-do for me every trip.

Les Halles in France also has lots of good choices including desserts.

Here are our favorite QS spots and some of our family’s favorite menu items at each. We only do a few TS now, some meals we cook at the villa, and the rest are QS. We really enjoy eating QS especially with mobile ordering at many locations now.

AK:
Flame Tree BBQ: Pulled pork sandwich, baked Mac & cheese with pulled pork

Yak & Yeti: Teriyaki beef bowl, honey sesame chicken, egg rolls

EPCOT:
Lotus Blossom Cafe: Spicy Sichuan chicken, orange chicken, egg rolls
Cantina de San Angel: Tacos or nachos
Yorkshire Fish Shop: Fish & Chips

MK:
Pecos Bill’s: Fajita platter, Southwest salad
Casey’s: Hot dog :)
Columbia Harbour House: Clam chowder
BOG lunch: Croque monsieur, potato leek soup

HS:
Haven’t found any quick service there that I like.

At HS You just eat to survive lol, not to enjoy it!

BOG lunch
Satuli Canteen at AK
Les Halles at Epcot
Tangerine Cafe at Epcot
Columbia Harbor House at MK—always can find a seat in the AC :)

I could have written this as well.

AK:
Satuli Canteen is incredibly delicious. So health, fresh, and yummy! Its my fave QS in Disney World. Sorry but Flame Tree doesnt even compare to SC. I find FT incredibly overrated. But thats just me. Second place is Wolfgang Puck Express (Dis Springs)

MK:
Columbia Harbor House (Sorry, not a fan of pecos bills at all)
BOG lunch

Epcot:
Les Halles in France, and Tangerine Cafe

HS:
Sorry, cant recommend any good QS tbh

AK: Flame Tree or Satuli Canteen (Satuli Canteen is a must-do for me now, every trip)
HS: We usually go to Backlot Express for the A/C and drink refills but if we have time. I also like Fairfax Fare.
MK: Sleepy Hollow chicken waffle sandwich, or Columbia Harbor House, BOG lunch
Epcot: Cantina de San Angel, Les Halles, or Sunshine Seasons has a lot of variety

I was just thinking of posting something similar. We're looking to save money by doing primarily counter service this next trip. We've got adult aged kids who still eat like little ones and paying full price for meals for them is just a waste.

I tend to eat at places that have drink refill stations because my kids drink a LOT and paying $4 for one cup that is mostly ice doesn't appeal to me
That means we tend to eat at:
MK: Be Our Guest (I almost always can snag a ressie the day before when people cancel, and the food is yummy)
Epcot: Electric Umbrella - usually just burgers
HS: Backlot Express, also burgers
AK: Satuli Canteen (and the food is phenomenal here)

I didn't know any Disney eateries had drink stations like this!

I think that at least a couple in Epcot do, the Electric Umbrella and Sunshine Seasons. Don't know where else.
