Went into AAA to pay my bill and noticed the prices for Disneyland. 3 day hoppers for $143. adult and $123 child. I asked and they are running a special "3 days for the price of 2" I'm very happy as gate and net prices are $179 for adult! This will save me $134! I asked if these had EE and a customer who was buying them said yes.

My AP expired so it's been awhile since I actually paid for tx. Wow they have gone up

Would you happen to know when this promotion ends?

She asked me when I was going and I said December and she said OH ok you have time> I will go back tomorrow and buy my tickets and ask. I got the impression it was through the end of the year but not sure.

Uh-oh this is going to make it hard to choose. We were trying to decide if we should get our tickets at AAA or get a Deluxe AP pass. Our DD is going to be 2 at the end of the month and we are pretty sure we will go again before she is 3. We usually go when we can get good prices from AAA.

I don't currently have a membership. If I join for the basic ($69), can I buy hoppers at this price for all four members of my family?

Is this only in Calif.??

The way I remember it, the price for a 3 day park hopper is $149.00 per adult, starting next Jan. via the Everyone Pays the Childs Price promotion, which is available via AAA as well as Disney.com. Where is the price of $143.00 originating from?

2 day PH on the DL website is $143 A $123 kid. AAA is selling a 2 day get an extra day free. Guess it's a AAA deal. I had not heard of it until today because it didn't make sense because I had been looking at $149/$179 online. I was like OH YAH, she kept trying to get me to buy a "package" but I'm not gonna do it

dirtbikebride, if you're coming back inside the year, just get the APs. Buying tix now at this price plus fuller price tix later would very likely be more than the APs.

If you buy these for this trip and upgrade, you'll end up paying the full cost of the AP anyway, b/c they only apply what you paid for your ticket to the upgrade.

And since an AP is likely the best for you, there are two options right now that give you either a discount or "money back" that make it a better deal.

There's the Costco AP that has its own thread- at Southern CA Costcos they are selling Deluxe APs, and when you activate it (or exchange a voucher...I'm not remembering exactly what you take out of Costco with you when you buy it) the CM will give you a $50 Disney gift card.

And then there's a link to $30 off the Deluxe AP, also on its own thread.

If you get the AAA deal then upgrade it during your first trip, you'll pay full price for the AP, so if you're planning on the AP, the other two options make more over-the-course-of-the-year financial sense.

Anyone know AAA's price for a 5 day adult hopper? I was going to buy them through Disney, but they were $202 each, and my employee association has them for $175. Does AAA have a better deal than that for 5 days?

Do you think the Everyone Pays the Child Price, 3 Day Park Hopper you spoke about will run summer, August? $149 for adult 3 day is a nice price!

Did it run August, 2008?

Thanks so much!:goodvibes :goodvibes

What state are you in?

Edit Update - Just got off the phone with AAA, and they said this is a California only offer.

The Everyone Pays the Child's Price promotion runs From Jan. through April 30 th. 2009.
AAA Nor Cal. offices do sell tickets only, as well as package deals. So. Ca. does not offer tickets only.
AAA park hopper tickets also include free parking at the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.

If going Jan 09 through April 09 i would think the arestravel deal is the best....$164 for 5 days

I'm doing the 6 day for $170

I coudln't help but notice your sig line. It says you go to DL almost every year, and your last trip was Feb, and now you have another trip coming up! You might seriously consider getting an AP at some point, if that sort of thing continues! :)
