Great price on Ipod dock and speakers from Amazon.com

My husband shook his head saying I'm not allowed to buy anything with rebates, and I guess I proved him right. I couldn't find the page I printed out after my neice opened it up on Christmas, and have put it off.

What is/was the postal deadline for the $25 rebate? I have a feeling my neice got a more expensive gift than normal from us.

You can check your status at www.web-rebates.com/kensington/default.asp?. Mine is showing in process.

I get "submission not found, too." My guess is that you don't get "in progress" until right before your refund is done, and that this means our envelopes haven't been opened yet. We had huge Apple computer rebates last fall (almost $300 total) and got that they had not been received along with a disclaimer about the huge volume received had put them behind up until right before the check arrived.

I sent it in the day after I received it. I belieive it was between 12/8-12/11. I checked my status and it did not show up a few weeks ago so it must be recent. HTH

Not sure what kind of speakers your husband is use to, but my daughters (21 & 24) love them. My DD at college takes them to partys so everyone can attach their ipods and then have loads of seletions. She also took it to the gym when the cheer squad was learning a dance, she said she had more than enough volume for the gym. My other DD is a teacher and uses it in her classroom, it's so portable. When I ordered them, I figured if they weren't that great, no big deal, they were cheap. But we were really impressed!~~

My DFi loves the speakers as well. They are very easy to take along with you and we don't have a problem with the volume.

My only complaint, is I bought 2 of these, and sent them in with seperate reciepts, and seperate rebate forms,...one was rejected and the other is "in process"
