When I called to inquire about the Entertainment rate at the HRH, I was also quoted the $129 rate. I asked if that was the lowest rate. Only then did the reservation agent tell me about the garden view rooms at $117.50. If the pool view is what you want, then keep the $129 rate. If you don't care about the view, ask if the $117.50 garden view room is available.
