Great Places in each park to sit and rest

Hi, traveling with a party with several disabled folks. Been there many times, but mostly power walked to ride all the rides, lol. Can anyone help me with great places to rest in each of the parks (snack or non snack places) while everyone else rides - like Restaurantosaurus in Animal Kingdom or Gaston's Tavern in Magic Kingdom...or even just a park bench tucked away? Thank you all in advance!

EPCOT - The Land or the Seas are nice areas to rest a bit...inside, plenty of less stimulation. Inside the China Pavilion is an indoor, out of the sun area. The gardens behind the UK pavilion is shaded and beautiful. HS - we like to take a break inside Pizza Rizzo. Plenty of seating and usually not crowded. MK - Agree with PP that Tomorrowland Terrace is open, with seating and shaded. AK - Restaurantosaurus or the Theater for Kite Tails is a nice area ...not always shaded but plenty of seating.

We enjoyed a few beers sitting at the tables to the left of Rose and Crown during our December trip.

I don't know if this really helps since it's not near rides, but possibly my favorite place in all of World Showcase is the outdoor seating area for Katsura Grill. I wouldn't recommend buying any food there (overpriced and boring) but the seating is a lovely, tucked away garden setting with lots of shade. There's even a tiny bathroom that's typically line-free since it's so off the path.

KiteTails goes on show break between it's 1:15 and 3:15 show, for the record. It gets so dead I've seen people take naps in there. And you can watch the characters go by!

The seating area for Flame Tree BBQ at AK is a great place to sit as well. There are numerous covered pavilions, some down by the water across from the seating area for Kite Tails. You can see the show from there.

In MK we like to sit in the area that has the grassy area by the TL Terrace. Another one is TL Terrace, it's shaded and not a lot of people travel in that area.

In MK you can sit outside the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse and you’re near Dole Whip. I also like resting in Tomorrowland Terrance or on a bench near the water in Frontierland. You can also do low key attractions/shows like Carousel of Progress or Country Bear Jamboree. In Epcot the Seas pavilion or the food court in the Land, and the movies in America and France are good places to sit and rest.

At AK, there is a walkway that spurs off the main drag between Africa and Asia lands. The spur sort of heads towards the ToL and is a nice quiet spot.

At EP, I was told about the spot in Canada back by Canada Far and Wide theater that was a great spot that was very quiet and a nice spot to relax.

These are so great… keep ‘em coming lol! Thanks to everyone who’s added so far, really appreciate it!

I actually wouldn't recommend lingering too long in Gaston's Tavern. It's very small and pretty much always busy, taking up a table when you're done eating or not eating there makes it very difficult for people who are trying to eat there to find a table.

MK-there's a little courtyard by the Christmas Shop that has a table & chairs. It's tucked away & quiet. DH & I enjoyed sitting there & people watching last summer.

Epcot-The waiting area for the movie in the China Pavillion-lots of benches, quiet & great AC.

Enjoy your trip!

Yes, it holds a lot more people than are actually waiting for the movie, so there’s no problem if you remain seated when the doors open for the theater (as long as you let people pass who do want to see the film, of course).

Are there benches around the parks to sit and take a break? Since the pandemic started local places like the mall and the zoo have removed their benches to discourage people from staying in one place. But WDW is huge, so i'm wondering if the benches are still there. We are traveling there in March.
