I would like to start by saying "Thank you" to everyone that has posted that they had a good time at the Friday night pin meet. . We have a great troupe. I would like to follow that by saying, that by today WDW was back in full swing. There are people everywhere. There are lines for the rides. I went to Pecos Bill's for lunch at 11:45 and all but two cashregisters were open. All lines were backed up to the condiments islands. This is good. I was never so happy to stand in a line.
There are CMs everywhere as well as lanyards. Interestingly enough, I have to say I could not help but notice that there was a helicopter that continually circled the skies over property. Silly, I guess, but that made me feel more safe and secure than the 14 security guards outside the turnstiles checking my purse upon my park entry.
I saw the re-released 30 years anniversary pewter mouse with navy blue castle on the pegs for the first time. I also noticed that the cruise line pins that were out for 3 weeks or so at the resorts have been pulled and returned to the cruise lines. Lastly, I spied 4 IASW dangle kids on a few racks. Canadian County Mountie, Irish Leprechaun, Hawaiin Surfer and ... i forget :-( sorry
I am so happy to say that Disney is doing all it can to help us leave our worries behind and they are doing a lovely job of it. I was glad to see how well the AK pin event went as well. will start a thread about pin float on another post. Hurry on down Nat... or was that Vince hahahahahahahha. (they know I always confuse them and they are nothing alike
)It's just so ridiculous that it's funny now.
