It's important to note when things go right, and I just had a very positive interaction with Member Services that went right, so I wanted to give them a shout-out. The only bad part is...I didn't catch her name. Argh! Otherwise everything went fantastic: only waited about 10 or 15 minutes (it said 25), everything got retained on the automated menu so I didn't have to repeat anything, she was able to set up the reservation I wanted, waitlist the other thing I couldn't get, and got approval for me to borrow more than half of my 2023 points. Essentially, I got everything I needed in a timely fashion from a friendly and knowledgeable CM. All in all, a good experience.

I like to complain about things, too, and I don't doubt for one second all of the horror stories on here about problems with DVC MS. I've had a handful myself. I agree that the website is sub-optimal. Just want to note that every CM I've ever dealt with has been friendly and capable, though, and has always been able to help me find success.

Felt like I had to throw that out there, because when we researched DVC two years ago dealing with MS was the one thing I was terrified of based upon what we read about them, and I am thankful that I haven't lived this yet myself.
 
You could send an email via the member website or to dvcmembersatisfactionteam@disneyvacationclub.com and include your member number and the general time you called, etc., and I’ll bet they can figure out who you talked to. It would be good to recognize her, and I’m sure DVC Management would be happy to hear some praise rather than a complaint!

We had to call MS last night and had a great experience with a cast member while booking a cash reservation!
The wait was about 20 minutes. She was able to complete it all within 5 minutes.
I made sure to leave a good survey after the call.
