Hi everyone new here, i'm going to disneyland on 9-25,I see Mr Lincoln will be down starting 8-22, touring plans says it will reopen 9-12 but this website says through 9-29,others say TBD. This is my favorite attraction it makes me feel so patriotic I would be so disaapointed if it's down. I find it hard to imagine being down for 6 weeks, the haunted mansion overlay doesn't take that long. Any one have any info>

I'm totally disappointed this will be down because it was being renovated during our last trip too.
Unfortunately the Disney site has it down through Sunday the 18th so we're out of luck it seems. But it may be up by the time you go!
It's not that it's the greatest E ticket experience but I really enjoy seeing Walt's original attractions and there are fewer and fewer of those all the time.

I agree, and when u think that it was made in 1964, the technology is incredible. This was my dad's favorite attraction before he passed away so it has sentimental value for me. It was gone for a few years and i really missed it.

It was down when I was there in March too. That a lot of reburbishments. I am hoping it'll be up in October

I read that Disney is refurbing the seats and the exit to make them more handicap accessible, or something along those lines.

I wouldn't that would take more than a month, i wonder when they do announce a reopen date it it is firm or it could open sooner if it is done

I think Disney likes to play it safe. If the work is done earlier than expected, the attraction will open sooner than stated.

I have no info, but thinking I may need to see this while we are there. After many trips in the last 8 years I've never see this! It always gets pushed aside with my thinking it would not be very exciting. I'm adding it to my list:)
