Great Grocery Delivery Service

The shopping and delivery fee is $15, for up to $100.00, etc. or at least that is the way I took it. Of course, plus tip.

You prob. could rent a car, but who wants to take that time to do all that. This seems like a great idea to me. We are getting in late, and I don't want to take the time to have the towncar stop for groceries.

THE 15 for $100 is the cost to go shopping and to deliver---there are not 2 seperate fees. The only other expense would be the tip. I think it will be a godsend as not having to rent a car at all and not have to go grocery shopping- I know me, I would go to the store and buy ALOT more than what I really need. :jumping4:

Does anybody know what the delivery fee is?

I looked on their website, it said that each local office determines the delivery fee.

By the time that you would add a tip in, it would seem almost cheaper to rent a car for a day.

You're gonna have to tell me where you rent cars ;>

Gooding's (www.goodings.com) worked great for me. It's a flat $10 delivery fee no matter how much you order. The minimum order is $50. You don;t have to schedule a delivery because they deliver to your resort's Bell Services, and then Bell Services holds it until it is convenient for you (that is, you can go out and play, Bell Services will leave a message for you to call and tell them you're in your room so they can bring you your groceries). PLUS, Gooding's separately bags and labels anything that needs to be in the fridge or the freezer, and Bell Services keeps it refrigerated/frozen for you!!!

That last part really impressed me. Before they told me that, I was stressing about when to schedule a delivery. You know, should I schedule it early and hope I can check into my room early and then get to a park early, but risk my milk and yogurt going bad if I can't get into my room? Or should I schedule it for a safe time around check-in time but then be frustrated that I have to wait around for a stupid grocery delivery rather than getting out and enjoying WDW? Gooding's solved that dilemma for me.

Also, if you go to their website, don't worry if the exact item you want isn't on there. It's an actual store, not just a website, and there's LOTS MORE on the shelves than is listed on their website. You can order whatever you want, you just have to e-mail and/or call. About half of my order wasn't on the website list. They were very nice, too.
