It is a great site, i have also seen the hallowishes fireworks on there (we are going halloween for the first time this year) & the halloween parade, the video of the tower of terror ride is hilarious!!

I downloaded the Hallowishes video last night (while i was sleeping....it took an hour and a half i think - there was something wrong with my internet connection but i was determined to download it)....i just watched it this morning....

it's BRILLIANT!!!.....wow.....although i like the regular Wishes better (what can i say, i'm a sap), this one is amazing....especially the way they use the castle......i even clapped at the end of the video (told you i was a sap)...

time to download some more stuff.....

i'm back....watched ToT.....now i'm downloading Holiday Wishes (from Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party)....after that i'll download the new years eve one..

oh oh...you've created a monster..

this is so much fun...
i just watched Hallowishes and Holiday Wishes (for xmas).....apparently i have too much time on my hands this morning....

Hallowishes is much better than holiday wishes (which i thought was pretty boring)....

one more download ...Wishes itself....then i'll have an idea of how the filmed versions compare to reality....

ok...so since i'm OD'ing on Wishes anyway, I also downloaded the New Years Eve Wishes....it begins with Holiday Wishes (about the first 13 minutes)....from a better vantage point than the other one, but handheld, so jumpy....
it's followed by Fantasy in the Sky and then the new years countdown and the new years fireworks....wow...wow....did i say wow?.....the fireworks completely surround the magic kingdom....it's certainly not like being there, but it gives you an idea......

i just watched the Fourth of July fireworks....it's taken from the train station balcony....
the sound is very bad, and you can barely hear the music at the beginning (because of all the screaming)....

but no matter....this very patriotic (and homesick) American expat cried through the entire last few minutes....and sang with all of it.....

i don't know if a Brit would like that particular video, but i loved it....i think i'll go watch it again....

i took your advice and watched the illuminations video with the holiday fireworks at the end.....very nice indeed....i liked it better than holiday wishes (which i thought was terribly boring)..

but the best one of the bunch was the 4th of July fireworks....i'll admit i went back and watched it twice more....and sang along all the way through (despite the bad sound)....and yes, cried again.....i already said i'm a sap...

it probably doesn't do much for Brits watching it.....all those patriotic songs...."shes a grand old flag, she's a high flying flag, and forever in peace may she wave......she's the emblem of, the land i love, the home of the free and the brave......every heart beats true to the red white and blue etc etc etc"...

and then there's the big finish.....

it's so nice the way the fireworks on the last song begin with "and the rockets red glare" - with huge red fireworks...."the bombs bursting in air"....."gave proof through the night that our flag was still there"....
which of course is referring to the night the British bombarded Fort McHenry in Baltimore during the War of 1812.....the war in which Washington was burned by the British.......

anyway....it's really wonderful fireworks and i can't believe how many times i've been in florida during the 4th of July and never ever saw them...
i'll make a point of being there the next time.....no matter what the crowds....
really wonderful.....

and thanks again for this site....oh....we also watched the boo to you parade....what a fun parade....i don't think i've ever seen so many characters......
