Great experience with MS

I called MS this morning to start my day by day for a handicap GV for 12/04/05. The fellow who spoke with me was really great. I told him I was booking on a day to day basis because I needed th Handicap GV. He asked if I needed the tub with grip bar or the roll in shower. Told him we needed the roll in shower. He asked what my check out date would be and then put me on hold. About 10 minutes later he came back and told me he contacted the special request department and that my GV was blocked out for me until check out day so I wouldn't have to worry about calling first thing in the morning and possibly not getting the room I needed. I still need to call every day and confirm but my ressie will show up as special request and they will note I called that day. I am so happy I joined DVC. To MS.I just wish I could remember the young man's name, he was very patient with me and my request's. Susan

I was also calling, this morning, for a Grand Villa, starting on December 4th!

I will also be calling the rest of this week and Monday.

Dopey Sharon: We are going to SSR and will have a wonderfull vacation. It will be several family members and freinds, along with my new grandson and my neice just had twin girls 12/16 and a friends little girl who is only 5 weeks younger than my grandson. It will be great to see Disney through the eye's of little one's again. Susan
