We are traveling 3rd week in Jan. We have requested the toy story building at all star movies. Our little kids got the pull string Jessie and woody and talking buzz for Christmas with the idea that they would be taking them with us. We opened them Christmas morning and the Jessie doll, pull string pulled out and Buzz's wing will not snap closed. :mad:

I emailed them the afternoon on Christmas day to find out how to return them. We were sad and upset, they really wanted the dolls. I was thinking how long it would take to send it back, process and a return and get new ones sent out. Hoping it wouldn't take to long and get here before we leave. I got an email back by 9am the next morning, with a nice apology saying they had sent news ones out to us and that they hoped that we would understand this is not typical of their quality. :)

I just got a ups noticed that they are delivering them TOMORROW! :yay:

I expected them to exchange them, I did not expect them to go over and beyond and get them here asap. Yeah it was a bummer they were faulty, but it happens. And how the company handled it really impressed me. We will certainly not let that stop us from shopping online with Disney again.
