I've read a lot of negative posts about eBay so I thought I would share the my experience.
I decided to try eBay to order glow bracelets for my kids to use at Disney. We are leaving in 30 days so I thought I'd better start looking. I found an auction for 100 bracelets starting at $11.95 with free shipping. It ended the next day so I put in a bid. I ended up winning the auction for $15.00.
I paid for the item via PayPal within hours of the auction closing. The seller sent me the message that my item was "on the way". I generally take this to mean that it is packed up and going out with the next shipment. The seller is in California and I am in Michigan so I figured I'd start looking for it next week or so.
I almost fainted when I found a package in my mailbox today! It was the glow bracelets! I made the payment MONDAY and they are in my hands TWO DAYS LATER....from California!
If anyone needs any glow products (she has a lot listed, all with free shipping) for an upcoming trip, I would be happy to post her eBay store listing. I do not want to violate any DisBoard rules, though, so I think it must be done via PM.

It's a hassle to ask every single seller you want to buy from though.
We bought the light up necklaces last year for $5 each from disney (they are not glow sticks though, these are battery operated lights). but some cheap glow sticks or bracelets would be nice.
. Now, here we are, 6 days away from leaving and they have no glow
. I know they like them, but I like them too. I loop them around the strollers, I stick them in the girls' ponytails, I attach them to my keys...they make a lot of things easier to see at night. It makes spotting the kids easier too if they wander off.
