Just got a reservation at All Star MOVIES for 77.81 in july!!! I have never been able to get the movies. I have always had to settle for music or sports. ASM is definatly the crown jewel of the AS resorts.

Just curious which discount you used- DC, AP, etc. We're not going in the summer, but I thought for sure the Fairytale pkg would be the only discount for the AS Movies. Maybe they'll offer something similar in the fall. We're paying 94.50/night (including tax). Have a great trip!

I used the Florida resident deal. The price I quoated was with tax also.

I've only stayed at the AS Sports.. What makes the movies so much better?

It really just depends on what theming you prefer. Most like ASMo best. (Me included. Who doesn't love a four story tall Buzz?)

I have stayed at all the All Star resorts. The only thing that makes 1 different than the others are the theming. I have 3 young kids and the movies themes really hit a cord with them. In my humble opinion, all star movies is the best resort at disney for little kids(preschool). Other resorts are much nicer (my personal favorite is Wilderness Lodge), but my kids loved the movie resort.
