Great Deal but not enough days

Got an email today from MS advertising 15% off plus free parking at Hilton Orlando LBV. Problem is the discount days aren't long enough. Meaning I need to check in one day earlier than the days listed and stay one day after. Just curious if anyone else has run into this when trying to secure a reservation. Could and option be to make the 3 night reservation for the discounted days and 2 others separately? Seems like a ready made nightmare / headache though.

Thanks, good idea. Was hoping someone else had run into this with a great deal landing in the middle of their vacation times. We're already switching from one resort to the next after my daughter finishes her JVMA volleyball tournament so trying to keep the moving to a minimum
