So, I am what I like to call a "corn-fed southern girl", and what my husband likes to call "buxom" (Lord bless him!!). As such I shop primarily at Lane Bryant, I even worked there for a year just to get the massive employee discount. After I ended my employment with them, I cringed at the prices, especially the bras, since I can't buy them ANYWHERE else! I am, let's say, blessed at 38H and regular stores just don't carry that. LB does. So, bra shopping used to be a nightmare and really "busts" (teehee) my budget. But I had to brag about the deal I just got online!

Bras are buy 2 get 2 free, I bought 2 $36 and 2 $34 $70 total (2 FREE BRAS!)

Thanks so much OP!! I was in the need of bras..and I am also buxom . I like the cotton bras they sell, and I usually get them on clearance at the store, in bunches of colors..but they haven't had them recently. So I just bough 8 bras for under 9.00 per bra!!

And I used mypoints to get some extra points too!!

I worked there in in 2003-2004. The discount was 40% off regular price, and every so often, maybe every 6 weeks or so we'd have a "Sophie" weekend, where we could get 60% off. The only caveat is, you have to wear current LB clothes to work, and there is not a clothing allowance, that's why you get such a good discount. You coldn't get the discount off clearance, but you could still buy them. Fashion Bug is owned by the same company, and I think Avenue is too, now, and there is a discount at those stores, too.

I went in Saturday to stock up on some new things as my husband is due home very soon for R&R Anyways I purchased 4 bras, received 4 bras free and I also purchased 10 pairs of panties and a new set of slinky fabric pjs.

The original total was over $200 and I had a coupon from the mail that took off $60 so I paid with tax(which is alot here) $160 for 8 bras, 10 panties, and a new set of pjs. My receipt said I saved $284.85. I'm set for new underthings and I saved a heck alot of money. I was excited.

Compared to some of us, you probably do pay half! I wear a 38F and my bras cost $50 apiece (LB's bras don't work for me). On the bright side, with proper care they do last about 6 months. I hate spending the money, but a good bra is worth every cent considering you wear it every day and it makes everything you wear look better.

Oh don't get me started on Bra's. I am a 40G. Our lane bryant doesn't carry up to that cup size. So foolish me went to the fancy bra store.

And they had some beautiful bras. And they fit. I got 4 bras and paid way more than $150! Shoot I should have looked online at LB instead.

But they were so stinking cute. *hot pink bra in my size who knew????

Speaking of Lane Bryant.... I have a question...I have about 7 boxes of clothes, ranging in sizes of 18 to 26, almost everything is from lane bryant...i used to work there too
have any of you guys sold items on ebay? My clothes are in great condition and I hate to just donate them, especially since i have been out of work a few months and could use the money...i was thinking of putting them up on ebay.I have bought alot of stuff on ebay, but never sold and have heard mixed reviews on selling on ebay...any thoughts??

Savings was $113.53. I got $174.50 worth of stuff for just $60.97. I used the $25 code, it would have cost me more for just the 4 bras if I removed the sweater.

I hope I like the bras I ordered. I have not been happy with my last ones since I had DS. Just curious if anyone wears the Balconettes and likes them??? These are the ones the sales clerk recommend the last time I was in.

I wear them and love them. I'm big too and I find them very comfy. I say go for it - with this sale, even if you only sort of like them, it's worth the price to try it.

I almost exclusively wear balconettes, they are by far the best bras I have ever worn, and I've been wearing bras since 3rd grade. I am a 38H, and they fit great. There are 3 or 4 colors you can get in at my size, and I am pretty sure the F and G cups you can get blues and pinks, too.
