Great Customer service

DD14 received a Xyron personal cutting machine
for christmas 2006. She started having problems with it this
past December. With Christmas and everthing I didn't have
time to troubleshoot and see what was wrong with it.
I finally was able too and emailed the company with the
problem that I was having. Their customer service
rep. emailed me right back telling me what it sounded
like the problem was. She said if I responded back to
her email with my address she would get one right out
to me. Yesterday a new machine arrived at our door.
Now that is customer service. I just wanted to share
this story with all of you. DD14 is very happy now.

Wow that is awesome! I have been contemplating the Xyron machine- it is good to know that they are on top of customer service!

That is good! I have one but I don't use it as often as I should
