About 6 years ago, when the kids were all babies I had custom cordless pleated shades made and installed in the then nursery. Well the inside strings went and I called to see if they could be repaired. The gave me a conf# and charged me 25.00 to repair so I sent them back. 2 days later CS calls and says they are not repairable, but they would replace both of the shades no charge. But they were very sorry they no longer had that particular color in stock, would I mind terribly if I had to choose a new color? WOw I was so impressed, not only did I get a new set of custom blinds but I got to get a new color. Kudos to their customer service.



We are always ragging on companies, so I thought maybe we can share good expereiences.

I have Levolor blinds in my kitchen with one that had a string problem and they fixed them, no questions asked as well.
