I called to make my ADRs for May and I got the best CM! Her name was Phyllis. She was so professional and knowledgeable and SO NICE. We even talked for awhile after we finished the ADRs. She was from NJ and had relocated to FLA...we just had a big snowstorm in the NE so we were talking about that. In the off chance that she may read these boards I just want to shout-out to her that she made my day! What a great Disney feeling!!
