Total Poly Points: 4,069,020
Bungalow Points: 1,073,100 or 26.4%
Lake View Points: 683,280 or 16.8%
Stnd View Points: 2,312,640 or 56.8%
Interesting.
So. What happens when some large percentage of a million bungalow points chase 680,000 lake view points? Or even 2.3 million stnd view points?
I think all those people passing on Poly because with so many studios, surely there'll be 7 month availability, are going to be surprised.
In three years, as the resort is sold, this medium sized monorail
DVC resort (with a totally revamped property and a short walk to the TTC) is going to be in high demand. By then, the buy-in cost will have gone up.
