Depends on when you travel. Check out threads here on "Things that are free at Disney" and "Hidden Gems"...
Oh please what is the kitchen sink at B & C?
One of my personal favorites is Wishes Desserts. It isn't advertised that much, but information for it is published on the Disney website, and you can find a number of articles with a simple Google search. Basically, it is a dessert buffet and perfect place to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks. It is very relaxed, and well worth the extra price. Surprisingly, they don't run out of desserts, and they also have a photographer there so you can get a picture with Cinderella's castle lite up in the background of your family photo.
Does this cost extra? My family and I are considering going soon and are on a very, very tight budget and looking for some fun/special things that dont cost extra. This sounds great, but if it costs extra we would probably have to for go it. I see that they accept the quick service dining plan, I wonder if that would count for something like this.

So my favorites are
Studios- putting our arms in the dogs nose at Honey I shrunk the kids playground. Holding the singing in the rain umbrella. Pulling on the rope outside Indiana Jones show and eating ice cream from Gertie the giant dinosaur.
Epcot - watching the mini train near Germany, Henna painting at Morrocco, finding the three pane window from Belle at France, getting a pearl at Japan.
Mk - riding the Liberty Belle to see the indian encampment fron the Kingdom Keeper books, finding the talking telephone on main street.
Watching the water parade on the beach of Fort Wilderness.
Thats all I can think of right now. Does that help?
Umbrella is @ Studios back near the Lights camera action show at a corner. Its a black umbrella hanging on a light post. You hold it and step on a square block on the sidewall and it will rain. My kids love it!
