great alergy service from wdw

so were going to wdw nov 3-13 and my 1.5 yo ds is lactose and soy
intolerant i know they have soy milk but he cant drink that

so yesterday i email brenda bennet and ask if we can get pop
to stock lactose free milk and this morning i get an phone call and a voice mail from the chef at pop saying they will help us out and to email him back

before i get a chance to email him he calls again he was so nice
said they have lactate brand wich is what we use and he stocks a few gallons a day and would stock extra for us and they would have our name down and if we go to the cm there they would get it for us so its not out for others to buy up wich is great now we can get what the baby needs not worry about
a grocery delivery and have enuff room in the fridge for it he also said to call a few days before we go to double check

that is wonderful wdw comes through again

Brenda Bennett helped me in the past too, and all the chef's we've spoken to have been so very kind to us (one of my son's has tree nut allergies).

My children also have food allergies, and I agree Disney goes above and beyond
they are awesome, Disney is the one place I feel comfortable eating with my children without the waite staff rolling their eyes. Disney takes food allergies seriously, where as in my experience else where they seem to think not much of it. Kudos for Disney

I have used either of the above emails to get information about food allergies. WDW has always been AMAZING! We have been twice while dealing with DS's allergies/intolerances. They go way above & beyond. You will have a fantastic time and you can feel confident about eating in WDW restaurants.

You can also get lists emailed to you of items your child will be able to eat & where to find those foods. That way you have the CS restaurants available too.
