Can anyone tell me about their experience with the Graycliff excursions in Nassau? TIA

We did a wine tasting excursion there some years ago, although I don't think they offer it any more. The resort was very nice, although it is an older place. It really seemed like they care about the customer IMHO. We did not experience the pool area or dining beyond what they served for the tasting. I will say that it was the best wine tasting we have ever done and we have done a lot of them, all over the US and Canada.

We've done the Greycliff Chocolate Factory Tour twice now and highly recommend it. Fun for the whole family.

We went for lunch and wine tasting a couple of years ago and it was excellent! The hotel is old but in great shape and they had a nice tour of the mammoth wine cellar for us to experience. It is pricey, but it was a good thing to do for adults - a very nice change. My husband and son also did the cigar making and smoking and they thought it was great.

The hotel is beautiful and you can go on your own just to tour around and have lunch. There is an excursion that includes use of the pools. I also recommend the Chocolate tour. Lots of fun for people of all ages.

We went to Graycliff as part of our Tru Bahamian Food Tour. We sampled beer in their cigar humidor, and tasted some of their exquisite handmade chocolates. It was a lot of fun, and it's a lovely classic Victorian-style hotel. Our tour included stops all over Nassau so not a Graycliff-specific tour.

We did a three-course lunch with wine pairings including a tour of their wine cellar. One of the best meals I've ever had. I'm not a fan of fruit sauces on meat and have never particularly liked duck a l'orange. It was served as part of my appetizer and I was absolutely wowed by it. No wonder I never liked it before - it was obviously never done right because this was a total standout for me. The place is beautiful. If I was ever going to stay in the Bahamas I would far rather stay there than at Atlantis and the prices are similar. We didn't do a tour of the chocolate factory but we did go into the store and tried some samples (dark chocolate covered candied bacon - who knew how amazing that could taste). We even bought some of the chocolate soap.
