For parties of 6 or more they will add 18% gratuity. We have 2 adults, 11 yr,8 yr, 4yr and a 6 month old. The 6 month old won't be eating anything. Will we still be charged the 18%? We are doing the dining plan.

Yes, you are considered a table of 6 therefore the gratuity as added automatically. There's a thread at the top of the forum that explains all of Disney's tipping policies.
