Gratuities- What should we expect to pay

where and when?

I've tried a search at this site, hoping to find a comprehensive thread on this topic, but have been unsuccessful.

I'm interested the wheres and whens we'll be expected to tip, and of course, the "how muches".

We'll be staying at the contemporary, probably taking the limo from the airport (heard it's cheaper than the shuttle since we have 4 in our family).
