Gratuities for group of 13

Wonder if anyone can tell me how they add on the gratuity for a large group.
We have a group of 13, one family of 9 on the dining plan, and the other family of 4 paying oop. Our 2 families will be dining together throughout our stay. Well they separate the gratuity to each of our respective bills? Well they allow the party paying oop, who want to use disney gift cards, to pay at each dining location as opposed to paying one final bill at departure from the resort?

Yes they will separate the gratuity when they separate the checks.

Yes they can use gift cards (assuming there are no Swan/Dolphin restaurants on the agenda).
