We were in Disney from May 9-15. I was accompanied by DH, younger DS, DDIL, and my sweetheart 11 month old DGD. We did 2 character meals, 2 sit down meals, and the rest was counter service.

Food court at Riverside: The food here is OK. I felt that there was a limited menu for lunch but we all found something. The Cajun chicken sandwich is pretty good. DSD loved the fries and chicken tenders. She mainly waved the fries around in the air while she watched all the activity around her.

Food court at French Quarter: French quarter is our favorite resort so I may tend to be a bit biased here. DH loved the gumbo and jambalaya. He also likes the biscuits and gravy. DSD enjoyed the little Mickey Waffles. She loved waving them in the air before taking a bite. There is a theme here for her. Food must be waved in the air before eating. I am not a fan of the beignets which is staple at FQ. The pot roast was good as well as the chicken quesadilla. I manly had yogurt parfaits for breakfast which are hard to ruin.

The character meals: Breakfast at Chef Mickey's. The food was good and plentiful. DGD loved the characters except for Goofy. I think the size of him scared her a bit. It is overpriced but you are paying for the character experience. Service was very good.
