Just curious, anyone know if grand villas are available on cash ressie's and what they go for if so?

Yes, GV's may be rented on a cash basis- depending on availability. The rates will vary by resort and time of year.

We were able to get weekend nights at HH in a GV for the July 4th weekend this summer - with the member discount. The discounted rate is $535.

The first priority for all DVC villas is to reserve using points. At times when villas won't likely be reserved with points, they do allow cash reservations. This will usually be weekends, but some weekday nights can also be available at times.
