Grand Villa Prices!!!!

where can you find prices for the grand villas? we want to know how much the grand villas are a night (including tax if posible) thanks

We just came back from 5 nites in a grand villa at OKW, it was incredible!!!! I hope to be fortunate enough to stay in one again someday.......but it was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity. We rented points from a DVC member from the rent/trade board here and it was actually very reasonable. Good luck!

I'm not sure about the prices, but because there are not very many they are usually all booked up by DVC members. If there are any available for public use, you can look them up at around 6 months before the date you want to go. You best bet would be to go to the DVC rental board and see if someone has enough points for you to rent, the member may be able to get the villa for you and it won't cost as much as booking through CRO.

The cheapest price is for OKW and SSR during value season and that runs 1100 a night

If you are looking at Thanksgiving, you are probably already too late to book a GV using points.

You don't rent points, you rent a reservation from a DVC member who made it using their points. The points are worthless to you if you are not a member. The member fully controls the reservation until the moment you check in and there is no way for you to confirm your reservation with Disney until maybe a day or two before the start of the reservation. Members most likely will not allow any cancellations or changes because they have a lot of limitations with their points.
