Does anyone know if it has to be refrigerated once opened? In fact, what about Bailey's and Amaretto and other liqueurs?

Thanks... I guess you can tell what I got for Christmas. LOL :drinking1

I've never refrigerated any liquors. I think that when people do, it is just a taste preference.

Ah, okay thank you. Just so long as it doesn't go bad or something.

And, as an aside, it totally cracks me up that you have a tag that says "Holy Crap". :rotfl:

I will add another question about Grand Marnier. Why is that stuff so dang expensive?!

Bailey's is a little different than the others because it has creme in it. They recommend refrigerating it, and not keeping it for more than 24 months. Also don't drink if it gets lumpy...if you needed to be told that.

Grand Marnier is my favorite drink. It's so good after a big meal.

anything that has cream in it should be refrigerated and consumed toot suite!

I opened a bottle of something called "Scoops" at the inlaws and couldn't pour it - it was solid! (yuck). Of course my DH says that bottle has been there for about 20 years.

Mix GM with cool whip and you have a really yummy fruit dip (especially good with grapes).
